平成6年3月 早稲田大学政治経済学部卒業
平成8年3月 一橋大学大学院経済学研究科修士課程修了
平成14年5月 米国ミシガン州立大学経済学PhD取得
平成14年4月 大阪大学社会経済研究所 講師

現在の研究分野

労働経済学

研究課題

労働経済学並びに教育経済学の実証研究、特に人的資本形成過程の分析とその経済格差への影響に関する実証分析を多く行ってきた。自営業者の人的資本蓄積、家庭環境が人的資本蓄積に与える影響、賃金格差の推移に関する日米比較、労働政策の労働市場への影響に関する研究などがある。また人事データを用いた企業内人事管理に関する研究も行っている。
